200.00  g Risotto rice
30.00  g Butter
0.50   Onion
0.50  ℓ Vegetable broth
5.00  g Truffle
10.00  g Truffle oil
30.00  g Parmesan

Preparation

Preparation time: 30 min

  • Cut the onion into small cubes and then sweat in a little butter.
  • Add the risotto rice and fry a little.
  • Prepare vegetable broth, e.g. dissolve a vegetable broth cube in water.
  • Add half of the vegetable stock and stir once.
  • Wait until almost all of the liquid has boiled away, then add the second half of the vegetable stock and stir once.
  • At the end add the remaining piece of butter, the truffle, the truffle oil and the parmesan. Finished.
