Preparation
Preparation time: 30 min
- Salt and pepper the salmon fillet.
- Fry until golden on three quarters of the heat. First briefly the top, then long the bottom.
- Place the fish fillet on a plate.
- Pour water on the pan.
- Add a spoon of mustard and a vegetable cube.
- Then thicken (let simmer).
