Salmon fillet with mustard sauce

1   Salmon fillet
125  ml Water
15  g Mustard
1   Soup cubes
200  ml Cream


Preparation time: 30 min

  • Salt and pepper the salmon fillet.
  • Fry until golden on three quarters of the heat. First briefly the top, then long the bottom.
  • Place the fish fillet on a plate.
  • Pour water on the pan.
  • Add a spoon of mustard and a vegetable cube.
  • Then thicken (let simmer).
  • Then stir in the cream.
  • Season with dill or fennel herb.
  • Finally, season with salt and pepper.
