2  kg Tomatoes
2   Onion
125  ml Wine vinegar
30  ml Red wine
100  g Brown sugar
10  g Horseradish
15  g Salt


Preparation time: 90 min

  • Wash the ripe tomatoes and remove the stalk.
  • Cut the medium-sized onions and washed tomatoes into pieces.
  • Place in a saucepan and then cook for 20 minutes.
  • Pass through, then add the salt and the grated horseradish (alternatively chili sauce).
  • Add a pinch of ground ginger, cloves and pepper.
  • Let it simmer over low heat for an hour.
  • Fill in glasses at the end. Finished.
