Preparation time: 45 min
- Soak an old bread roll in water or milk, about an hour beforehand.
- Cut the onion and garlic into cubes.
- Squeeze liquid out of the roll.
- Put the bread roll, minced meat, onion, garlic, egg, tomato paste and mustard in a bowl.
- Then season with salt, pepper and spices.
- Mix the whole thing well with your hands.
- Shape meat patties and place in a preheated pan with oil.
- Fry and enjoy.
