500  g Noodles
200  g Ham
6   Egg
1   Onion
2   Garlic cloves


Preparation time: 30 min

  • First cook the pasta.
  • Cut the onion, ham and garlic into cubes.
  • Sweat the onion and ham, then briefly roast the garlic.
  • Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Depending on your taste e.g. Add paprika powder.
  • Then add the eggs.
  • At the end, add the pasta and stir-fry briefly.
  • When the desired degree of roasting is reached, taste again.
  • Serve with fresh herbs and grated cheese.
